Increasing the effective volume of the mill can increase the mill productivity, the thickness of the liner, the weight, increase the power consumption, reduce the effective volume of the cylinder, and reduce the production efficiency of the ball mill. If a magnetic liner is used, the effective volume of the cylinder can be increased, while the weight is relatively reduced, and the power consumption is reduced. However, the use of a thinner magnetic liner also has certain drawbacks. Because of its small thickness, the impact resistance is not as good as the current Cr-Mn-Mo alloy cast steel liner, which is prone to cracking. For example, some manufacturers use grooved annular lining for the lining problem, which increases the contact surface of the ball ore, enhances the grinding effect, and has the ability to lift the ore, reduce energy consumption, and is widely used.
1. Repaired: Mainly check the oil quantity, adjust the gap of each part, strengthen the bolts of each part, replace the individual lining boards or check the wear condition of the lining, and repair the feeder.
2, minor repair: check the cleaning and measurement of the tooth surface wear, check the wear of the lining, replace if necessary.
3. Medium repair: replace the parts of the feeding part, replace the transmission small tooth runner and bearing, and disassemble the reduction gear box. The large gear can be adjusted according to the situation for 3 to 5 years of operation, and the hollow shaft should be measured for 3 to 5 years.
4. Overhaul: disintegration inspection cleaning, measurement, repair or replacement of large gears, hollow shafts, spherical tiles, drive shafts, pinions and cylinders according to wear and tear, repair and replacement of electrical components, after electrical equipment overhaul, must be tested and accepted jobs.
