Cleaning method and operation requirements of the liquid filling machine

- Nov 29, 2018 -

During the operation, the liquid filling machine will stack the boxes with empty bottles on the trays, and directly send them to the unloading tray machine by the conveyor belt, and the pallets will be unloaded one by one, and the boxes will be sent to the unloading machine along with the conveyor belts. The empty bottle is taken out of the box, and the empty box is sent to the washing machine through the conveyor belt, cleaned, and then transported to the side of the packing machine to load the bottle containing the beverage. The empty bottle taken out from the unloader is sent to the bottle washer for disinfection and cleaning by another conveyor belt. It is inspected by the bottle inspection machine and enters the filling machine and the capping machine after meeting the cleaning standards.

The beverage is directly filled into the bottle by the filling machine. Under normal circumstances, the bottle filled with the beverage has been sealed by the capping machine and transported to the labeling machine for labeling. After the label is attached, it is sent to the packing machine and placed in the box. Then it is sent to the stacking tray machine and stacked on the pallet and sent to the warehouse.

Cleaning method:

Keep the liquid filling machine clean. All pipes, especially those indirectly or in direct contact with materials, should be kept clean, brushed every week, water should be taken every day, every time to be sterilized; ensure that the filling machine is clean, and the material tank should be brushed and sterilized. , to ensure that the parts in contact with the material can not have fouling and bacteria.

The biological stability of the bottled liquid is ensured during the production process. Control the time and temperature of sterilization to ensure the final effect, and avoid excessive sterilization time or excessive temperature, reduce liquid oxidation, and cool as soon as possible after sterilization to keep the temperature above 35 °C.
